Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled if they are NOT shipped. Unfortunately, if your order is shipped we won’t be able to cancel it.
- Please email [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order and we will let you know in case your order has been shipped or not.
- Delite Kom Limited reserves the right to cancel any order, under situations where we are not able to meet the requirements of the order placed.
- If your cancellation request is accepted or if your order is cancelled by us, you would be notified and refunded the entire order amount within 5 days.
Return, Refund & Replacement
You can raise a return, refund or a replacement request within 10 days from the date of order delivery. After 10 days your request will not be eligible for any kind of return or replacement.
Return/refund/replacement will only be accepted in the case of:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product
- If the product received is different from what you ordered
- If the product gets damaged in transit
Criteria for accepting a return:
- Returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned in the original condition with our invoice.
- Customer is required to put the product in the same packaging it was received in.
- Customer must provide us with a week's time to arrange for the reverse pickup.
- Refunds will only be initiated after we receive the product at our warehouse.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
If parts/accessories are missing in the product:
- We will ship the missing part or accessory of the product.
- No need to raise a return or replacement request in this. In such a case, please email us at [email protected]
Return / Refund / Replacement will NOT be accepted in the case of:
- If the product is on sale
- If the product is as described and delivered in good condition

Payment & Security
- All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection provided by Razor Pay.
- All transactions are safe and there is 100% buyer protection.
- We do not provide cash on delivery option on our website. You can only pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or Net Banking options.
- All payments need to be made via this website only.
Shipping & Delivery
- When you place an order with us, the product will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.
- You will be notified with the estimated delivery time and a tracking number to keep a check for the delivery status of your order.
- The delivery timeline depends on the pin code. However, the minimum timeline would be 1 day and a maximum of 45 days.
Installation Policy
Products that require installation:
- We have a tie-up with 3rd party installation service providers. Technicians will visit your home to install the product at no extra charge.
Products that don’t require installation:
- We can guide you on how to install a Do-it-Yourself (DIY) product on a phone call, and/ or share an assembly video for the same.
Note: All our products come with an Assembly Guideline Line which makes it easy for the customer to assemble the product.

Warranty Policy
We offer a warranty of 12 months*. The applicable warranty period commences from the date of purchase of your product.
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
- Any manufacturing defects.
Warranty limitation:
- Warranty of the product is limited to a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due to Acts of God and Force Majeure Acts.
- Warranty doesn't cover wear & tear due to usage.
- Warranty doesn't cover if the product is physically damaged.
- Warranty doesn't cover mirror breakage and loss of keys.
*Bill of purchase is mandatory to avail warranty.
In case of the wrong installation of the product:
- We will ship the missing part or accessory of the product.
- The technician will visit the customer to reinstall/repair the product.
